Ravinder was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor in Singapore in 1996. He is a graduate of the University of Cardiff, UK. Ravinder has had 20 years of legal practice.

His main area of practice is Criminal Litigation. He has experience handling complex criminal litigation matters in both the State and the High Courts. He advices both corporate clients and individuals on criminal and Ministry of Manpower matters. His work ranges from advice during police investigations, representations to the Attorney General’s Chambers, preparing mitigations, handling extradition applications, conducting trials and appeals.

Ravinder is often engaged by clients as soon as investigations begin. Investigations by agencies such as the Corrupt Practises Investigation Bureau and Commercial Affairs Department often involve very complex and lengthy questioning and it is important that suspects and accused persons are made aware of their legal rights during the investigation process. It is also important that statements recorded are accurate.

Ravinder has been named on several high profile cases in Singapore, either as defence counsel or has had his opinion sought on cases. Ravinder is well known for his expertise and has been engaged as an instructor with Singapore Institute of Legal Education for Part B of the Singapore Bar Examinations since 2011.
