Nadia's practice encompasses civil & commercial litigation, corporate & commercial advisory, matrimonial and syariah law as well as criminal law. She has experience acting in contentious matters from State Courts to High Court level. She regularly advises corporate and private clients on schemes of arrangement, bankruptcy proceedings, trade disputes, employment disputes, franchising disputes and other contractual claims. Her civil practice draws upon her experience representing clients in complex multi-jurisdictional cases involving misappropriation of funds and shareholder disputes. She is an aggressive advocate and a creative litigation strategist who will go the extra mile to try to put forth the kind of case that works in her clients' best interests.

Her corporate & commercial advisory practice focuses on advising companies of all sizes on compliance and risk management in their daily operations and in their transactions with other parties. She regularly reviews and drafts a wide range of commercial documents for her clients including supply / services agreements, distribution agreements, franchising agreements, commercial property leases, joint venture agreements, outsourcing agreements and IP / software licencing agreements. She puts her clients' business needs at the centre of every drafting decision in order to put her clients in the best possible negotiating position.

Nadia's matrimonial practice features cross-border disputes regarding child custody and the enforcement of maintenance as well as High Court litigation pertaining to the division of substantial matrimonial assets located in multiple jurisdictions. Her criminal practice includes experience representing clients in prosecutions for drug offences, sexual offences and violent offences ranging from voluntarily causing hurt to homicide. She also has experience representing children charged with criminal offences.

Nadia is on the panel of lawyers of a number of embassies in Singapore. She has been recognised for her pro bono work and was awarded a certificate of appreciation by the Honourable Chief Justice of Singapore.
